Staffing
...this is what endures: a place, a circle, a gathering to which
I belong, which would not be this gathering without me, without each
of us, without all the infinite...

Staffing
is a powerful and sacred experience. Women witnessing and holding space
for other women is an ancient and honored tradition. As a staff member,
you help to create and hold the container for other women to experience
the transformational power of the Woman Within Training Weekend.
Women who staff are rewarded with many
gifts in return — continued growth, learning new skills, deep
connection with other women and the energy that flows when women
come together to form a circle of healing.
Staffing
is a commitment — in time, energy and money. If you
are interested in staffing, please review the staffing policy and requirements
and submit an application to:

Staffing
Policy & Process
- The
Woman to Woman Midwest staffing committee selects staff from a
pool of qualified applicants. We value each woman's request
to staff a Woman Within Training Weekend.
- Staff
is selected approximately 30 days prior to the Training Weekend.
Staff selection is based on a number of factors including capacity
to fill
leadership roles, relationship with a woman who is attending
the Training Weekend, prior staffing experience, specific skills such
as
CPR certification, service to local, regional or international
organization, number of times available to staff in a year, residence
in another
region, etc.
- Each staff
applicant is notified via email whether she is confirmed to staff or is placed
on
an alternate list in the event of staff cancellations.
For
information on qualifications and requirements for the facilitation
and team leader tracks, please contact Mary Ann Armour.
